Not every challenge has to be a big event. Sometimes it’s as simple as a dare between friends.
“If you shave that beard, I’ll donate £20.”
“If we all cycle to work this week, we each put in a fiver.”
“If our five-a-side team wins by 3 goals, we donate £50.”
Sunflower Dares turn everyday moments into support for the Sunflower Appeal. Set a dare, agree the amount, complete it, and share the proof with a photo or video.
These dares live brilliantly on Instagram, TikTok and in our Facebook group – post the dare, tag your mate, show the result, and link to your Sunflower challenge so people can donate.
Keep it kind, keep it safe, keep it fun.
If it hurts, shames or puts anyone at risk, it’s not a Sunflower challenge.
