Post a Dare
Post a video of your dare: “If I shave this beard, will you donate £20?”

Tag your mates when you challenge them to join in and spread the word.

The Sunflower Appeal is all about protecting time together for families and communities. That means our challenges and dares should reflect the same care.
- No dangerous stunts or harmful dares
- No bullying, shaming or humiliating content
- No hate, harassment or discrimination
- Be extra thoughtful if you’re posting about people affected by cancer
If it hurts, shames or puts anyone at risk, it’s not a Sunflower challenge.
